GEARCUTTING
Hercus' Gearcutting division is the largest in South Australia and has the ability to cut any tooth form, from cutting a simple spur gear, to a precision hard face machined Spiral Gear.
FITTING AND ASSEMBLY
Hercus' extensive fitting services and workshop capabilities allow us to work on gearbox's and assemblies up to 20T.
CAD/CAM SOFTWARE
Hercus uses the latest versions of Solidworks & HyperMILL to develop and machine parts for all industries.

Accompanying this is the KISSsoft package which allows us to model and design all gear types.
